Digitata Networks is pleased to announce the commercial launch of CeRC, Customer Experience Remote Control, our Customer Service Simulator solution. This innovative product allows Mobile Network Operators to automate and repeatedly run different service simulations on multiple mobile devices, as if a customer was using the device themselves.
By connecting several Android devices to our innovative controllers, which can be distributed across a wide geographical area, any number of simulations or tests can be run.
These simulations include simple tests such as Party A calling Party B, or more complicated tests involving opening multiple apps and using different functions on the device, there is no limit to the tests that can be run.
New simulations can be created in a matter of minutes with our easy to use drag and drop functionality.
CeRC can control any Android device, on any network and any technology. The device can be forced to use specific technologies, such as 4G, to run different simulations, including VoLTE tests.
CeRC is ideal for network testing after new features or software versions are introduced. The same tests or simulations can be run on multiple devices distributed across the country, and the results or logs of these tests can be easily viewed and analysed.
CeRC can also initiate PCAP traces when simulations are being executed, providing even more insights into what is happening in the network during the simulation.
Any of the devices connected to CeRC controllers can also be logged into remotely and used as if you were holding the device in your hand. Operators can use CeRC with competitors SIM cards to perform comprehensive benchmarking tests, where results can be easily compared between multiple operators.
